Defect Reports
Flemish Knight is a specialist organisation undertaking post project surveys and reviews and assisting homeowners to achieve the level of service and finish they require. We carry out a three stage process which is simple and effective;
Stage 1 - Review and report (against UK building regulations and standards, and in accordance with NHBC (National house-building council guidelines).
Stage 2 - Take the lead in resolving outstanding issues with builders.
Stage 3 - Taking legal actions to ensure the work is completed satisfactory.

Report Definition
Part Report
A thorough survey of both the interior and exterior will commence and photographic evidence will be taken. The part report will consist of the following:
- Covering letter
- Background information
- Executive Summary
- A proposed action plan will be produced including details of defects, to help aid the client and builder into resolving defects.
Full Report
A thorough survey of both the interior and exterior will commence and photographic evidence will be taken. The part report will consist of the following:
- Background information
- Executive Summary
- Full findings of survey including photographic evidence
- Conclusion
- A proposed action plan will be produced to guide client and builder into resolving defects
- Appendix including any reference to technical information used in report, and Correspondence between client and builder
